Jabbar Baghcheban

Mirza Jabbar Asgarzadeh (often known as Jabbar Baghcheban) established the first Iranian kindergarten for the deaf. he was the inventor of Persian language cued speech and  is also the author and publisher of children’s books in Iran.

Jabbar Baghcheban was born on 25 November 1966 in Yerevan, capital of Armenia and his grandfather was from Tabriz or Urmia. Baghcheban was the father of the late Iranian composer Samin Baghcheban.
